How do I place an order?

What kind of photos should I upload?

Clear, high-resolution front-facing photos are best. Additional angles (side, back) help us capture more details. Avoid blurry or dark photos.

Can I request a custom pose or outfit?

Yes! You can describe your specific requirements in the "Notes" section when ordering. We can customize poses, outfits, and even add accessories.

What does the price include?

The price you pay covers everything: professional 3D design fee, high-precision product printing fee, post-processing, and worldwide shipping. No hidden fees.

Can I order multiple figures at once?

Absolutely! You can order multiple figures in one order. Each figure's photos should be uploaded separately for accurate customization.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your region.

Production & Shipping

How long does it take to make?

Standard production takes 7-15 business days. This involves 3D modeling, printing, post-processing, and quality checks.

How long is shipping?

International shipping usually takes 7-14 days depending on your location. We provide tracking numbers for all orders.

What material do you use?

We use high-quality industrial resin which allows for extremely fine details and a smooth finish. It's durable and holds paint well.

What sizes are available?

We offer 5 sizes: 6cm (Mini), 8cm (Compact), 10cm (Standard), 12cm (Premium), and 15cm (Collector). Each size is perfect for different display options.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our "My Orders" page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping is included in the price. Delivery times may vary by region.

After-Sales Service

What if my figure arrives broken?

Although we package very carefully, accidents can happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Since these are custom-made items, orders can only be fully refunded before the modeling stage begins. Once production starts, we cannot offer full refunds, but we will work with you to ensure satisfaction.
